The AUTOOL OD720 Pneumatic Oil Picker & Pumping Machine is a heavy‑duty workshop tool built for safe, fast, and efficient extraction and recovery of waste engine oil. Using compressed air, this unit delivers strong negative pressure to suction waste oil through one of five extraction rods into a 70‑liter tank. A large 41 cm oil pan, clear tempered measuring cup, and adjustable lifting rod (up to 1.5 m) make operations easier for technicians.
Explosion‑proof materials and visual oil level windows keep safety and usability front‑of‑mind. Perfect for auto shops, fleet maintenance, or any space needing clean and streamlined oil disposal.

How To Use AUTOOL OD720 Pneumatic Oil Picker & Oil Pumping Machine
Installation
-
Thread the measuring cup assembly clockwise into the positioning seat of the storage barrel.
-
Attach the lifting rod and oil pan in a clockwise direction.
-
Ensure the measuring cup’s orientation is correct (cup facing forward, aligned).
-
Adjust the lifting rod’s height by turning its adjustment device counter‑clockwise to raise, clockwise to lock.
Measuring Cup Oil Extraction
-
Press the measuring cup and set the cup’s valve to “middle” (valve closed).
-
Close the suction hose valve; attach the chosen suction rod/needle to engine oil drain port.
-
Connect compressed air to the vacuum inlet and open air supply.
-
The vacuum gauge should reach about 50‑65 cm Hg (negative pressure).
-
Insert the suction rod into the engine’s oil sump; open the suction hose valve to extract used oil into the measuring cup.
Measuring Cup Draining
-
When the cup fills or reaches the warning line, drain it into the main oil storage barrel.
-
Open the measuring cup’s drain valve (top left or right slot) to allow flow.
-
Do not close the drain valve until the cup is empty if not positioned above the storage barrel.
-
Avoid use if oil temp > 60°C to prevent damage.
Waste Oil Recovery from Engine
-
Safely lift the vehicle so waste oil can drain into the pan.
-
Unscrew the vehicle’s oil drain plug; used oil will flow into the pan, then through hose into storage.
Tank Discharge
-
Close all valves (cup, drain, air inlet) when draining completely.
-
Connect air supply to pressurize the tank; safety valve will open if pressure > 1.0 bar.
-
Open the drain pipe slowly; when oil stops flowing, close and disconnect.
