How To Use
Installation
-
Fix the lifting rod and oil pan funnel by rotating clockwise.
-
Ensure the lifting pole is perfectly vertical to the base.
-
Adjust the height by turning the lifting rod adjuster counterclockwise to raise/lower, then tighten by turning clockwise.
Waste Oil Recovery
-
Raise the vehicle to a suitable height using a lift.
-
Ensure the workspace is safe. Move the unit under the engine so the oil pan funnel aligns with the drain hole.
-
Unscrew the vehicle’s oil drain plug.
-
Waste oil will flow through the funnel into the 70 L storage tank.
Waste Oil Discharge from the Tank
-
Close the oil discharge pipe valve.
-
Close the oil tank air inlet valve.
-
Connect an air supply to the air inlet valve.
-
Open the inlet valve to pressurize the tank. Once pressure is reached, the internal check valve will auto‑close.
-
If pressure exceeds 1.0 bar, the safety valve will auto‑release to prevent overpressure.
-
After ~5 seconds, slowly open the drain valve to discharge oil.
-
Once done, disconnect the air source.
