J2534 Pass-Thru Programming

The MaxiFlash JVCI+ can operate as a J2534 pass-thru interface for supported ECU programming and reprogramming applications.

When used as a J2534 device with compatible OEM software, programming capability, vehicle coverage, software subscriptions and access requirements are determined by the applicable vehicle manufacturer and OEM software platform.

The VCI itself does not include OEM programming subscriptions or manufacturer software licences.

Compatibility

The MaxiFlash JVCI+ is used with compatible Autel professional diagnostic and key programming systems, including supported MaxiIM IM608-series configurations.

Compatibility must be confirmed before purchase. Autel produces several MaxiFlash and MaxiVCI interfaces that may look similar but are not automatically interchangeable between diagnostic tablets.

The MaxiFlash JVCI+ uses the Autel Main Cable V2.0 for vehicle connection. Autel specifically states that other Autel main cables should not be used in place of the required Main Cable V2.0.
