How To Use
-
Part 1: Basic Operation
-
Power the unit via a 12V car battery or DC supply.
-
Choose between Testing Mode or Filling Mode—only one can be active at a time.
-
Select vacuum level: -35KPa, -40KPa, or -45KPa.
-
The system automatically performs pressure testing or coolant filling based on the selected mode.
-
If Testing Mode fails to reach the desired vacuum within 2 minutes, it will enter pressure-hold mode and trigger a fault alert.
Part 2: Leak Testing Mode
-
No need to start the vehicle.
-
Open the drain valve (parallel to the air hose = open).
-
Connect the air hose to an external compressor.
-
Power on the device (buzzer will confirm activation).
-
Select vacuum level and press [Start/Stop] to begin testing.
-
The unit will vacuum the system and then hold pressure for 60 seconds.
-
Leak status will be shown via LED:
-
Green = No leak
-
Red = Leak detected
-
Part 3: Coolant Filling Mode
-
Start by opening the drain valve.
-
After leak testing, switch to Filling Mode.
-
Insert the coolant inlet hose into your coolant container.
-
Select vacuum gear level (avoid highest on older vehicles).
-
Press [Start/Pause] to begin vacuuming. Once done, coolant filling will start automatically.
-
Press [Stop] once the fill is complete and disconnect the adapter.
Part 4: Draining Residual Coolant
-
Disconnect the connector from the vehicle.
-
Close the drain valve (turn downwards).
-
Press and hold the Tester Mode [Start] button until the buzzer sounds, then release.
-
Press the Tester Mode [Start] again to clean the internal hoses—coolant will discharge from the fill port.
-
When no more liquid flows, press [Stop], turn off the power, and disconnect the air hose.
