Features/Functions

Four Main Functions 

Connect the device to the 12V/24V battery by clamping the red clips on the positive pole and the black clips on the negative pole.

• Battery Test

  • Evaluates the overall health and performance of 12V and 24V batteries. Supports various battery types and standards such as CCA, DIN, IEC, EN, and JIS. Displays voltage, internal resistance, state of charge (SOC), and state of health (SOH).

• Cranking Test

  • Measures the starting performance of the vehicle’s engine system. Identifies issues related to slow or weak engine starts by analyzing cranking voltage and time.

• Charging Test

  • Checks the performance of the vehicle’s charging system, including the alternator and regulator. Detects overcharging, undercharging, and charging ripple to ensure stable system operation.

• Max Load Test

  • Assesses the battery’s response under high-load conditions by running a test while all major electrical appliances (e.g. A/C, headlights, rear defogger) are switched on. Helps verify the battery’s ability to maintain voltage under heavy demand.

How to Use: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Connect the Device
Clamp the red clip to the battery’s positive terminal and the black clip to the negative terminal.

Step 2: Battery Test
Select the battery type and rating standard (e.g. CCA). Begin the test and view the results within seconds.

Step 3: Cranking Test
Select the Cranking Test function, follow the prompt to start the engine, and allow the tester to measure starter performance.

Step 4: Charging Test
Select the Charging Test, then start the engine and increase RPM to 2500 for 5 seconds. Press OK to confirm.

Step 5: Max Load Test
Turn on electrical appliances (headlights, A/C), start the engine, and begin the test to check battery performance under load.
