Installation Instructions – MV730 GPS Tracker

To ensure optimal performance, safety, and correct functionality of your MV730 relay-type GPS tracker, follow the installation guidelines below. This GPS tracker is designed for 12V–90V DC vehicles and supports direct fuel cut-off without requiring an external relay.

Wiring Guide

Refer to the wiring diagram for correct connections:

1. Red Wire – Connect to positive terminal (+) of the car battery.

2. Black Wire – Connect to negative terminal (-) or vehicle ground.

3. Orange Wire – Connect to the ACC (ignition switch) for real-time status monitoring.

4. Blue and Green Wires – Connect in-line to the fuel pump circuit for fuel cut-off functionality. Cut the oil pump line and connect both ends through these wires to enable relay control.

IMPORTANT: The wiring must be done according to the diagram to ensure the fuel cut-off works correctly.

Installation Location

• The device has a compact and hidden design, ideal for concealing within the dashboard, under panels, or in fuse box areas.

• Ensure the built-in GPS antenna faces upward or toward open sky (e.g., under plastic dashboards) to maintain strong signal reception.

• Avoid placing the device under metal barriers or heated windshields that may obstruct the GPS signal.

Working Voltage Requirements

• Input voltage: DC 9V – 90V

• If voltage is unstable or incorrect, the device may malfunction or fail to start.

• Ensure the vehicle’s battery and electrical system are within supported voltage range before installation.
